Service Description

Includes room hire with chairs, small table, 2 x shelves and 1 x 2 seater couch. Room only hire is suitable for rehearsals, meetings or other activities where no additional equipment or backdrops are required to be supplied with the room. This hire includes use of the room, table and chairs only. DOES NOT INCLUDE USAGE OF PHOTOGRAPHY LIGHTS OR BACKDROPS.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled up till 10 days prior to the booking for full refund. Cancellations less than 10 days prior forfeit the booking fee, no refund is available in this instance. Bookings may be rescheduled up till 10 days prior to the booking at no penalty. Reschedules less than 10 days but more than 96hrs prior to the booking time forfeit 50% of the booking fee. Reschedules less than 96hrs prior to the booking time forfeit the booking fee, no refund is available in this instance. The studio reserves the right to cancel or terminate the hire in the event of rude, offensive, threatening, disruptive or otherwise unacceptable conduct by the hirer or damage or threatened damage to the facilities by the hirer. In such instances refund of booking fees is solely at the discretion of the studio.
