Updated Cancelation Policy

To our valued users at Riley Street Studio, please note our updated cancelation policy:

• Bookings may be cancelled up till 10 days prior to the booking for full refund.

• Cancellations less that 10 days prior forfeit the booking fee, no refund is available in this instance.

• Bookings may be rescheduled up till 10 days prior to the booking at no penalty.

• Reschedules less than 10 days but more than 96hrs prior to the booking time forfeit 50% of the booking fee.

• Reschedules less than 96hrs prior to the booking time forfeit the booking fee, no refund is available in this instance.
